  • Research Technician: This person will work directly with Litron's Director of Research to move state-of-the-art research along as quickly as possible. The work will revolve around several government grants we have been awarded. Experience with sterile technique and tissue culture work a plus.
  • Testing Technician: This person will work directly with Director of In Vivo MicroFlow® to assure that the highest quality of testing continues to be achieved. Experience with flow cytometry a plus.

We would like each of the above individuals to have the following capabilities/traits: Ability to write clearly and concisely; High attention to detail; Familiarity with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and FileMaker Pro; Able to multi-task, is self motivated, and can take the initiative to continually move work ahead; Interacts well as part of a team, and is able to work independently on projects.

Laboratory Technician and Kit Associate

Assists in day-to-day operations of kit manufacture, primarily with the Kit Supervisor. Prepares solutions and maintains kit component inventory. Assists Kit Supervisor with kit preparation and shipment. Performs and supervises equipment maintenance and calibration. Assists with the ordering, receipt, logging in and labeling of laboratory supplies and biological samples. Assists with biological sample preparation and report generation. Performs work under Good Laboratory Practice regulations.

Qualified Candidate will be:

  • Skilled in organization and prioritization
  • Detail oriented
  • Skilled at documentation
  • Able to perform aseptic technique
  • Able to follow directions and Standard Operating Procedures:
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Both a team-player and able to work independently
  • Flexible and maintain a positive attitude
