Archive Kits
Same Data, More Flexibility
Archive Kits allow
researchers the flexibility to store fixed samples at
ultracold temperatures until they decide whether or not
to analyze them. For this reason, two Archive kits are
available: STAGE 1 includes the materials and reagents
for collecting, fixing and storing samples; STAGE 2
provides the supplies required for shipment and/or
analysis of fixed samples.

Additional In Vivo Options
Enhanced Scoring
(BASIC-R and BASIC-M
kits)
200,000 reticulocytes scored
per sample. With this more intense analysis, researchers
can gain higher precision, and more confidence, for
samples with low or no micronucleus induction. This
option can also offer valuable information concerning
Mode of Action (clastogen versus aneugen) of unknown
compounds. Additional charges apply.
Statistical
Analysis
For MicroFlowBASIC
kits, where applicable, statistical analyses include:
a Shapiro-Wilk test for normality, followed by parametric
(ANOVA and Dunnett's) or non-parametric (Kruskall Wallis
and Wilcoxon Two Sample Test) tests. Additional charges
apply.
Training
MicroFlow training is available
for new users or experienced users looking for a 'refresher'
