spreadsheet has been created to assist researchers
in the calculation of the following values:
Percent Reticulocytes, Percent Micronucleated
Normochromatic Erythrocytes, and Percent Micronucleated
Reticulocytes.
Incorrect fixing is a common cause of aggregation
which leads to unstable samples. This video
is only meant to be used as a supplement to
the manual. Do not attempt this procedure without
first reading the most current MicroFlow manual.
