Micronucleus Analysis

At Litron, we offer the finest micronucleus analyses available anywhere.  Working since the 1980s on our well-recognized MicroFlow method, we now provide MicroFlow kits to researchers throughout the world.  Not only do these kits provide greater accuracy, boasting 20,000 cells per sample versus only 2,000 using microscopic methods, but they also offer the ability to perform more analyses in less time with the use of flow cytometry.   Many of the world’s most demanding companies trust us to continually deliver the highest quality micronucleus testing and provide them with a strong competitive advantage.

Innovation through Research

Litron maintains a vibrant research department. Having received a large number of government research grants throughout our company history, we have made significant advances to the state-of-the-art in testing. As mentioned briefly above, a clear example of such an improvement is our development of the MicroFlow Kits. Through the use of these innovative kits, the data from scoring an in vivo Micronucleus test can be obtained in just one day, versus the weeks or months this process normally takes using traditional methods.
