The In Vitro MicroFlow^® method supports a variety of cell lines, both attachment and suspension, including L5178Y, CHO-K1, TK6 and V79 (others are currently being tested). Ongoing investigations include other test systems such as human peripheral blood lymphocytes and 3D human skin models.

Adaptable and Scalable

We originally developed the In Vitro MicroFlow^® method using cells grown and exposed in large tissue culture flasks.  The method has also been successfully applied to cells grown and treated in 24 well plates.  A miniaturized, 96-well plate method is currently under development.
